Here’s my answer to today’s challenge:

If I’ve been on holiday or over-indulging a bit during festive times, I sometimes do 3 fasts in a week (usually I do 1 or 2 a week to maintain). I also often skip breakfast on on-fast days to increase the time between meals as I find that easy and there’s some evidence that can be beneficial.
