Here’s my answer to today’s challenge:

I’ve followed my appetite during 5:2 rather than slavishly counting calories as it’s soo boring. I’m now maintaining as well. But I do know my TDEE and I have a rough idea what that amounts too in terms of food. If I’ve had a heavy week, I do two fasts instead of my one for maintenance.
