Here’s my answer to today’s challenge:

I’ve definitely changed meal times since starting 5:2. On Fast Days I wait till lunchtime before eating a soup/salad, and sometimes I even wait till evening so I can enjoy a bigger meal. It’s a strategy I find very useful in controlling hunger and giving me fewer chances to be tempted to eat more than my limit. I also now eat 2 rather than 3 meals on many non-fast days. There’s evidence that reducing the occasions when you eat helps the body because it’s not constantly having to deal with blood sugar spikes – a good reason to avoid too many snacks, as well.
