Here’s my answer to today’s challenge:

I’m a veggie so I use eggs, pulses and tofu on a fast day. I used to find pulses quite hard to tolerate (!) but the more regularly I eat them, the better it gets, and they’re great for ‘friendly bacteria’ in the gut.
