Super-Charged September – Day 6

Super-charged September is designed as a boost to get you back on track with 5:2.  Every day for a whole month, there’s a challenge or a question or an inspiration to help you: the idea is you do it alone or share your thoughts to help others in the group.

Here’s my answer to the FitnessFix challenge:

I  hated PE and exercise at school. Now I love running and fast walking. Getting a dog has really helped me enjoy getting out and about more, but as I have a sedentary job, I also try to make an effort to get up and about at least every hour.

I’m going to take the dog for an extra-long walk later…
