Here’s my answer to today’s challenge:

I was a bit fed up at the end of August as I knew I’d put on a bit of weight during the summer – just a couple of pounds, but enough to make my jeans less comfortable. They’re now fitting better, hooray. This month, I’ve loved the interaction so far over the challenges. Plus last week’s mini-goal, of eating at the table, is making a real difference too! I’m fasting Monday and Wednesday this week.
