Here’s my answer to today’s challenge:

Love:broccoli – though I hated it as a child. Avocados, used sparingly on fast days, and most nuts but especially almonds and pecans on non-fast days (I tend to find it hard to stop at a small handful…).

Ditch: I’m still not 100% convinced by chia seeds. I find the texture after soaking reminds me of frogspawn, which is pretty off-putting!
