Here’s my answer to today’s challenge:

OK, we’ve got into bad habits of eating in front of the TV – partly because we’ve had building work which has put our dining space out of action – so I’m going to commit to eating evening meals at the table 6 days a week. Only 1 TV dinner allowed!
