Here’s my answer to today’s challenge:

Four fast days down – I’ve been working hard to get back in the swing after an indulgent summer – my jeans are feeling slightly looser, hooray. And I’m definitely snacking less, it’s easy to break the habit if you stay aware of it and have alternatives e.g. a hot drink, a quick walk round the block!
